That's where having a writing ritual comes in handy. The ritual is the process you go through before you write to tell your brain, "It's writing time - no excuses." The ritual can be virtually anything that pushes you out of procrastination and towards getting your work done.
It may be a quick jam on your guitar, ten minutes of yoga or meditation, or even a prayer. Whatever works for you. There's no right or wrong answer. Just make sure you turn it into a consistent habit.
